Day Three: Wednesday 12th October

What is it like to work in a team with people you don't really know?
Day Four: Thursday 13th October 2016
Quotes from the children:
"We beat the time on 'I Sit' because we worked as a team this time"
"You have to stay calm!"
"Quick - we have two minutes left!"
"Yes! She's got a picture in her head of what it's going to look like, so we are going to go with that!"
"Hang on. We have four different totals. The calculators must all be wrong! Maybe we should do it in our own brains!"
"You can get a discount at this store and we've worked out with the money you've saved, you can buy two ice-axes and some crampons."
"We decided to organise ourselves so that each one of us fills a column in."
"That total can't be right. That's way out! Try it again."

Day Eight: Wednesday 19th October 2016
The children were asked to reflect on the experience of preparing for the exhibition.
"We all ended up agreeing on one thing today. It went well"
"It's been hard working in a team, but we got through it!"
"They are nearly all different (all the products/displays)!"
"I didn't just think of my feelings today. I considered other feelings."
"We normally argue in our team but we didn't this time - it was great! YES - we concentrated and focused and it worked. We worked together!"
"Sometimes it's hard work and you rush because you have a time limit."
The children were asked how they were feeling about the exhibition tomorrow.
"It's going to be funny having visitors coming in and doing what we do. They are going to have to draw what I have!"
"I'm quite excited!"
"I'm excited for people to see all the hard work we've done."
"My igloo will be on display!"
"I"m a bit nervous."
"Can we ask them to tell us what they think of what we've done?"
